I love to workout because it's motivating to me. There are just so many different challenges that your body can undergo. Being able to accomplish a difficult task stimulates me to keep thriving for more.

What do you do before your workout to get motivated and energized?
I wake up take my Lipo 6 pill and put my Ipod music up on blast!

Because when my daughter gets old enough i will pass down my working out knowledge to her. So she can keep fit for many years to come.

Muchos gracias! I wouldn't get as wrapped up around the type of carbs (so long as their complex) but the *TIMING* of your consumption to ignite maximum metabolic efficiency: Carb load *IMMEDIATELY* after fasting (sleeping 6-8 hours) and taper that off within 6 hours to ZERO carb consumption but ramp up Protien intake ... train your GI tract to burn, burn, burn!
