How I Started:
When I was just a kid I was a little fat, and not good on sports, so I wanted to be faster and more athletic. I have been working out since I was 15 yo, I'm not every day at gym but I always try to exercise myself (to do some pullups, dips, running, etc.)
Why I Love It:
Because when I'm trainning my body and my mind change, the stress disappears, I feel healthier, clean, stronger, happier, I feel like the king of the world, and obviously my look is better. It gives me a better life quality. Definetly this (and my girlfriend) are my passion.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I see my girlfriend smile while she touch my muscles it feels great, lol, she loves it. Looking my progress (before and after)and other men's progress, feeling how I become stronger and bigger, talking about bodybuilding subjects with friends, looking new bb information and health discoveries everyday; when you see the changes at your body you understand that we are perfect creatures.
thanks man. i see you have been doin pullups, try doin weight pullups and chin ups it will get u a big back and bigger arms then you already have and they will help them get more cut up too.
Thank you man, definitely I know what you mean about training right before the wedding. I trained for 23 days straight the month before my wedding with cardio twice a day, it was nice arriving to the honeymoon in shape. Time to hit legs hard tonight though! Gotta do it!

Man just got off a week break after my wedding reception. Just got back to it today with some cardio in the wee morning for about 60 min. I'm gonna continue to hit it hard throughout the whole year. Gotta finish strong.
