hey great gains! is that 200lbs your dipping? and thanks for the neg. I did research ya junk..this forum is to ask questions and mainly everything is searchable OTHER than using bodybuilding.com. and hence the word "FORUM - an assembly, meeting place, television program, etc., for the discussion of questions of public interest."

yes but then i got a call back saying that i don't have the founds in the card to buy it so i guess ill re order tommoro. ive gaioned alot but lost 7lbs do to a fever and tommoro is my first day training upper body in 2 weeks how are your gains coming?

I just gave you postive reps from your Amino Acid article. I do have 1 question. A supplement like Purple Wraath has BCAA along with several others. Is it worth it or should I stick with a simple BCAA supp?
