Workout Program:
Right now we have a 3 day a week program going along with running on the other two and weekends off. The new stength coach coming in is planning on having 4 lifting days and incorporating speed and agility in with those days. I dont know how I feel about this new guy but I will update my workout once I get a hardcopy.
