I did gymnastics when I was younger and through my teen years. Afterwards I began coaching and dabbled a bit with weights but never serious. Then a career change brought me to Louisiana along with a new frame of mind. I wanted to make a change, transform my body, and set new goals.
Why I Love It:
It takes constant discipline, bodybuilding is not a phase but a way of life. How much you put in is directly proportional to how much you get out.
How I Stay Motivated:
By constantly looking at this websites in hopes of making the bar graphs go higher and higher. On non-motivated days I put in Arnold Schwarzenegger's 'Pumping Iron'...
What supplements do you take immediately before your workout? Why?
Either two hours after eating, or one hour after drinking a protein shake I take two scoops of N.O. Explode 30 minutes before my workout along with a tablespoon of creatine monohydrate.
