Fit Status:
GETTTING READY FOR A PHOTO SHOOT IN THREE WEEKS!
The Doctor said to change life style or die young. Went to the gym that very day and joined. Lost 52#s from 243 to 191 pounds. Then started to put on muscle. Now I'm 228, bulking up.
I must admit, that at age 36 to 40yrs, I was in excellent BB shape! Just quit for personal reasons. After I balanced my emotional and spiritual life, it was time to take care of my body again. JUST IN TIME!!!
Why I Love It:
At 55 years old, walking around in a tank top I get stopped every time by young guys either to shake my hand and say how incredible I look, and then ask "How old are you?" When I say "55", the look on their faces are priceless! "Man I hope I look that good at 55, in fact, I wish i looked that good now!" That's why I do it.
How I Stay Motivated:
It amazes me how my body responds even at my age. I love it when my wife grabs my ass and says "I love your butt!" She is what motivates me!
BB Accomplishments:
Losing over 52 pounds and in 3 years putting on and shifting muscle is my greatest accomplishment. Being able to be competitive by that time and placing in my first ever show, and performing on stage in front of a thousand screaming people was a big high for me. I felt like a rock star!

Hey superman, finally sticking to my guns and keeping to SOMEWHAT of a better diet. The workouts are there and the sleep is getting better too. I gotta keep with the big dogs!! Peace!

Hey oldsuperman! You look built like a 20 year guy and are in amazing shape man. Keep up the great progess and inspiration. I read you last blog as well. Pretty funny but good stuff.
i am new to this site . can u tell me how many eggs should i take in one day to fulfill my protein requirement? shud i hav raw eggs or shud i boiled them. my body weight is 64 kgs and my height is 5'8 . i m a vegetarian but i hav started eatings eggs . i hav jus joined gym b4 3 months . can u recommend me which is the best supplement for a beginner i want to gain muscle. u can also give me suggestion regarding wat shud i eat in a day. hope u dont mind bro .ciao
