To take my bmi to 8-10%, increase power and endurance!
Goal (Long):
Make my core as solid and strong as humanly possible! Up the strength in my arms and legs by 300-400%! Increase lung and heart to fight over 35years of smoking and drinking! I have no illnesses, so why push my luck? I want my grandkids to say, "You should see my grandpa!"

Do you track your workouts (exercises, weight, reps, etc.)?
Yes
If so, how do you do it? Workout log, software program, etc.? Why do you do it this way?
I mirror! No tape, no scale! Bi monthly, b/p, and heart rate! 25 reps each muscle group, high intensity, 3 days a week!

What tips would you give to others to help them stay motivated over the long-term?
Look at where you were, see how far you've come, picture where you're going! Driving at night you can only see as far as your headlights, but you candrive from NY to Cali,right?
Succeeded in getting my certification as a CPR/First aid/AED instructor! Things are starting to fall into place! Now if I can just get my program design together, I think this just might work! Now it's back to the grind with a vengence! The last part of the puzzle is my body! If I can't...
How are you doing? Haven't been on much between work & working out. Hope you had a wonderful Christmas & sending wishes for a good New Year. Time for me to set some goals. Still working out with trainer, have 7 sessions left but have learned enough that I feel confident moving on.
Thank you so much my friend for recognizing that my wife is such a wonderful person and without her I would not be where I am today. She doesn't get near the credit she deserves and I can't even begin to explain how truly amazing that lady is. Keep believing & achieving.
Was up John, hows it been? Just started on my cut, hopin to reveal my abs! By the way, I gotta say congrats on changing your life 4 the better! I used to use marijuana, and had bad grades in school, then I read a book and decided to turn my life around! Its actually frustrating 2 see people waste their lives, not truly understanding their inner capabilities! But I see that u know your potential! Great job bro!:P
