| Ok..after much thought...I'm going to do a 6 day split routine. Each body part twice a week instead of once. I'm also going to do 2 hours of cardio every day. One hour before lifting and an hour after. This is just until I get the much needed fat off. After that it's all eating and lifting. I'll keep ya posted! |
