I want to add mass and definition, and improve my endurance. I'd like to cut my body fat to 15%.
Goal (Long):
My whole life I've been wanting to have a more-filled-out body, with arms that will fill shirt sleeves, and legs strong enough to bike 50 miles or more without stopping. I'd like to have well-developed calves, and to find my six-pack (I know it's in there someplace!). I'd like to be able to bench 250 pounds and squat 300 pounds and curl 100 pounds. I'd like to cut my bodyfat percentage, and add more muscle to my body. I'd also like to have increased endurance (cardio-respiratory capacity).
Because it's a slow-digesting protein--I can take it last thing before bedtime and/or first thing in the morning, and it provides protein to my body for a longer time than whey does....

Where do you get your workout programs?
from the forums on bodybuilding.com, from books and other websites, from the personal trainers at my gym
So I'm still working 6 days and 1 night a week, and I'm still in school 3 nights a week, and trying to re-motivate myself to getting back to where I used to be, before school and when I had plenty of time to exercise and cycle and swim. It's do d*** frustrating!
Thank you so much for adding me as a member who inspires you. That is an incredible honor, and I will work hard to try to deserve it. I greatly appreciate your continued support and encouragement. Best of luck with your goals as well. Let me know how I can help.
Hey bro--all the best. I hope you achieve everything you set out to achieve. I'm feeling a little stalled right now--hope to break through to the next level. All the best.
Hey guy: Thanks for the great comments on my pics--things are beginning to come together. You're looking pretty tight yourself. Keep up the great work.
Hey jim, whats up. how was your NYE nite? going to try to get 30-40min cardio in today before we eat at the inlaws. all ways great food. shoulders on wed.
Hey oldermuscle dude: Thanks for the encouragement and rating on my pic. The encouragement means a lot--especially when the arthritis acts up as it was doing today! Hey, its like trading the arthritis ache for muscle pain. What a deal! HaHaHa. The lifting does seem to keep it in check, though. Thanks again.
