Reason: Incredible body for any guy, much less someone in his mid sixities, You make me want to keep working out hard for the rest of my life!

Reason: This dude inspires me because he kicks a$$!

Reason: 67 yrs old w/ a rockhard physique. I want to be healthy, fit & active for decades. It's great to see others living that out. There's no reason to "be old" in one's 60's & 70's if one takes action.

Reason: He is in better shape than I am and he is amazing for his age ...always there with constructive feedback...knowledgeable...just a great person!

Reason: Something to aspire to as the day comes when we realize time stands against us... all the choices we made up until a point will undoubtedly have their effects on us. He shows us that we have a choice in the matter...Age is merely a state of mind for this man.

Reason: He is 9 years older than I am, and in better shape. It blows me away! Gives me permission to be disciplined and hopeful and confident about my goals.

Reason: What's not to be said! Forget your 'young uns'; my inspiration comes from real people, living real lives who refuse to go out pushing a zimmer! OBF is one hell of an inspirational guy! Now I have goals to work towards that will see me through to my sixties!! :D
