How I Started:
I was so run down and weak . My wife had to carry my 20kg suitcase cos I could nt manage and I was only 44!. I then realised I had to drastically change my lifestyle and get fit
Why I Love It:
It has made me 200% stronger and look much better
How I Stay Motivated:
It is very pleasing when total strangers tell me physically I am at the top 5% of all the men in my age group
BB Accomplishments:
going from skinny with fat around my belly to skinny with a six-pack and some visible muscle

I want to have the leanest and youngest looking 67 year old body
Goal (Long):
It is a sad fact that when you reach my age group you will progressively accumulate body fat due to slower metabolism and your muscle cells are lining up to die. Hence realistically I know I cant increase mass without including at least some body fat . I am therefore just doing my best to defy nature and try not to lose my hard -gained muscle by lifting hard while warding off fat by doing as much aerobic activities as possible . And so far I am quite happy with the result
We have a common philosophy i.e with proper knowledge of nutrition it is possible to add lean mass while maintaining relatively low body fat without resorting to conventional bulking process
Life has been good to me .....really. I was born into a loving family with great parents and siblings. I attended renowned institutions for my education and professional qualifications and subsequently worked at several places known for their academic excellence. Along the way I got married to...

Hey my weight it starting to climb...and I have been doing my powerlifting for about three weeks...do you think I should switch it up in another week and go to higher rep exercises and back on a cutting diet?

Sorry about your knees. That's one spot I definitely plan to be careful with to avoid major injury. One reason what I don't care to jog regularly & endeavor to use strict form on leg workouts.
Thanks. I'm just trying to be like YOU. Healthy, fit, active & low BF as I move through middle-age & beyond. I'm thinking of trying a mini-Triathlon next yr. Are you working toward any goals like that?
