My progress seems to be at a stand still as well. I think we just need to change up our routines. You're only 1.5% away from your bodyfat goal. Keep going, you'll feel good when you hit it. =]

Nice abs you've got there!
As for me, there isn't much to update about, alas. Professorial responsibilities have kept me away from the gym for more than six months, until I resumed this July. I've been to the gym each and every day and it pays off, but I miss practicing martial arts. Weights used to be only complementary training, for me.
