i first worked out for football back in high school but i didn't try and really work out for bodybuilding until december of 2006
Why I Love It:
its good for you and it helps relieve stress and like a friend told me no one can take credit for what you have done but your self

What tricep workout has worked best for you?
take the V bar and just regular push downs with strict form and not leaning to much into it. also a rope can be used just as effectively.
What calf workout has worked best for you?
toe presses on a lag press machine, and standing calf raises
What forearm workout has worked best for you?
i don't do forearms i can thank my dad's genes for those

i weighed 172 at my first show in 2008 and at the same show a year later i weighed 181 and had better hamstrings! But hopefully God will allow me to do that again but this time come in leaner! I want glutes!
