I have always been in and out of the gym growing up but, seeing all you beautiful people with defined muscles and confidence are what push me to keep going. Staying in shape and keeping healthy is what makes me happy, it’s an awesome feeling to be able to walk on the beach and take off your shirt and not feel self conscious about yourself.
Why I Love It:
Working out is a wonderful thing. You stay in shape, gain energy, and overall feel better about your self. Its amazing how you feel and how different people treat you when you stay in shape.
How I Stay Motivated:
There is a professional body builder who I think most of you should know by the name of Frank McGrath. He has a book called “Journey” and its basically his journey from beginning and on dealing with all the same problems that all of us face, such as waking up to early to train, or tired of eating the same healthy foods, or just wanting to quit but not going to let it happened. It’s his journey and motivation that pushes me to NEVER quit. He is my inspiration.
BB Accomplishments:
One thing that I like about my body is that once I start to hit the gym, I can get BIG very quickly. The thing that I need to work on is diet. Keeping a good and solid food schedule and routine cardio will be my key to gettin shredded.

I've always wanted to have a great body, but I could never stay motivated long enough to see this goal through. Today is the day that I finally make that change. I will stay true to my diet and push myself harder and harder in the gym. My goal is drop weight and build cut. Im already big enough. Now I just need to show what's been hidden.
actually i've been hitting the gym hard twoadays... doing more cardi than usual and really watching what i'm eating... but internet access has been limitted, i'm leaving this horrible place soon. how are you?

Yup my dad was AF, NCOIC, ON Kadena. We used to have sooooooo much fun. I loved the city we would walk off base and hang out in what was called "blow job alley" and go in all the bars and drink. LOL!!!!!!!! Hang out on Suicide Cliff and go to the beaches every day. Explore caves.
