My pull up routine: M-3sets T-1set W-4sets TH-2sets F-5sets Sat and sun none
The progression will continue like this: Pull-ups program
Week 1 RM for all sets Ex: 7 reps
Week 2 RM+1 Ex: 8 reps for all sets
Week 3 RM+2 Ex: 9 reps for all sets
Week 4 RM Ex: Back to 7 reps
Week 5 RM (Old RM+1) Ex: 8 reps
Week 6 RM+1 Ex: 9 reps for all sets
Week 7 RM+2 Ex: 10 reps for all sets
Week 8 RM Ex: Back to 8 reps
Added the Supreme 90day system to my regimen for only 19.99 + tax......do it and see results. In edition I do P90X and Insanity
Total Gym boxing routine:
(All done with the setting at its highest point and cable pulleys attached)
30 seconds of jabs (3 sets)
30 seconds of uppercuts (3 sets)
30 seconds of hooks (3 sets)
note: make it longer as strength and endurance increases
