Well i am not sure where to start. I can say that 50 something odd days ago i was tired of being sick and tired. Knowing my family history of diabetes, heart problems, and blood pressure, and there i was following the same road. At 31 years old and my blood pressure averaged about 140 / 90. I was using skoal and dipping at least a can a day. That is equal to about 3 packs of smokes. I started dipping at about age 12. Not to mention the fact that i loved me some whiskey.
