How I Started:
Just to get fit and have a decent body, then as things progressed my sight and views went further into it. Although i did not work out full time the first couple of year which i regret nowdays. I was what i now days call a season trainer, one who trains to get fit for the beach... But now that all has changed, and i go full out all year.
Why I Love It:
Keeps me thinking and wondering how far i can go. So i push my self to the max as much as i can... But this i do with everything i do. Since you can always do more the block is in your head!
How I Stay Motivated:
Getting a nice body always motivates me... Also seeing others with good gains motivates me...
BB Accomplishments:
None so far.. But they will come..
