I have been over weight since I was 18. I have tried diet after diet to no avail. I finally got it through my head that diets do not work. You have to eat healthy and make lifestyle changes. One of the changes i need to make is my exercise routine. I have decided to add muscle building into my routine and see where i can take it.

Crazy thing is i really am still learning, i do not have all the equip i would like to have, but i have a pretty good amount to start. So far, I have only done 2 serious workouts. One upper body, and one lower body. I do cardio and...

Not sure on the time delay...but how'd you go on the weigh in?? Yeah gotta love the dam fluid retention at that time hey...sucks. You'll do great girl. Had a PT session this morn - seriously my trainer is the silent assasin! So sweet - yet so mean! haha! Good luck! Let me know how you go. H!
