thanks for checking on me, i am doing well. work is still very busy now. i am hoping to get a new job soon, i cant handle the stress of my current job any longer. i have had a rough year at work, wish me the best of luck. how have you been doing? your progress pics are awesome!

things are going ok, i guess. trying to find a new job, but it's hard to do that when you are working 50-55 hrs a week. haven't been to the gym in 3 months, but plan on going back to lifting with my buddy real soon. how about you? anything good happening for you?

not going too bad, just working alot. how about you? i havent been to the gym in 3 months! i have went back to my original eating plan now, no more gorging on junk. dammit. i assume you are still working out and looking great! how has your summer been? it's almost over already!

actually, i am sick of my job. does that count as being sick? i am trying to get another job right now, but i am working 50-60 hours a week now at a job i cant stand anymore. i will have to try to spend more time thinking of sarcastic remarks for you, please bear with me! lol. thanks for checking in on me! how have you been doing?

as far as the 3 lbs, you are doing great, dont sweat it! my weight fluctuates also, and i dont pay as much attention to the scale as i used to. now, i pay more attention to how i am feeling and how i look in the mirror. judging by your progress pics, you have come a long way! dont worry, you are doing an amazing job!

wow, great progress pics! do you still need help uploading old pics? i am not real good with computers, but i found a good site for re-sizing a pic so it will be accepted by bb.com. it is dosize.com, very easy to resize a picture on this site. and free! hope you are doing well this week, and hope you have a great weekend too!

thanks for the comment! looks like things are going very well for you. i have been doing pretty good myself, although i have not been working out consistently. i have been working alot, and have been too tired to go to the gym. how have you been doing and what is your goal now?

while losing the weight,i consistently ate around 2000 cals a day,over 4 meals. i actually ate an egg and cheese wrap at 7 am, 10 am, and noon. then i would have around 1000 cals for supper. whatever the wife made. the egg and cheese wraps were around 280 cals each. this worked very well for me. hope this helps you. how have you been doing?
