How I Started:
I've been overweight, not obese though since 4th grade. The year before junior year of high school, I went on the Atkin's Diet and went from waist size 36/38 to 32/33. Now, I want to finish off the rest of my body fat and go down to about 6-8% body fat.
Why I Love It:
I love reading articles about techniques and workout. I just like feeling fit, and I want to look better.
How I Stay Motivated:
I see a few results day by day, and I just keep thinking about a better, more fit body.

Well, if anyone is actually viewing this, sorry for not posting in a LONG time. I guess I just got busy/lazy with other stuff. I've still been keeping up with p90x though. For people who know p90x, the end of week 3 signals the start of a recovery week (all cardio, no weights at all). ...

If you work hard have the three D.s{desire,drive and determination}then you could do almost anything! Hell,you already have a face that's over a 10, why not go all the way!Just a complement my friend,Joe in Ma.
So far, I think it's a great workout I love how they changed up everything. Keep me posted on how it works for you, I've heard great success stories about it. :)
what do you think of ZMA? i doubted it at first but man do i sleep. i go to bed fall asleep then 8.5 hours later i wake up RESTED! lovin it good luck on your goals eric. its all about cardio. i just cut 50 lbs. you can look in my progress pics if you want. cardio my friend cardio!
