Starting out with Rippetoe's beginner program cause I heard it's the best. Will be working out M,W and F.
Workout A-
Squats 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Workout B-
Squats 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Power Cleans 5x3
I'm gonna try increasing the weights each workout. Probably 5 lbs. on upper body exercises and 10 lbs. on lower body exercises. |
