I love the endorphin rush and the testosterone surge.
How I Stay Motivated:
We shall see. I think the biggest motivator will be that I don't wanna be a twig anymore. Besides, women like guys with muscles better. Seeing the pics of 14 year olds who are 3x bigger than me. lol.
I'd like to gain as much muscle as I can by the end of the year. Hopefully 20 lbs. at the minimum.
Goal (Long):
Tired of being a stickboy. Gonna work my butt off and see how much improvement I can make by the end of the year. I hear Rippetoe can put 30-40 pounds on the kids he trains in 6 months. I'm far from being a kid anymore so I'll be happy with half that. I also want to gain strength and size for martial arts. I can fight but I don't look very intimidating so I always have to prove myself. Size may be a good fight deterrent.
Weight Goal:
I want to GAIN 50 lb
Bodyfat Goal:

I had to skimp on my workout today. I didn't want to, but I had no choice. You see, I have epilepsy and I had a seizure on Sunday afternoon, so my body wasn't ready for a hard workout. Hell, having a seizure is a great workout in itself!! You should feel how sore every muscle in my body is,...
Starting out with Rippetoe's beginner program cause I heard it's the best. Will be working out M,W and F.
Workout A-
Squats 3x5
Bench press 3x5
Deadlift 1x5
Workout B-
Squats 3x5
Military Press 3x5
Power Cleans 5x3
I'm gonna try increasing the weights each workout. Probably 5 lbs....
Tall but very solid frame to pack on the muscle and definition. Great for the ego and MMA and stike fear in your opponents. Best of luck with goals. Andre
