How I Started:
I have always been very into working out since I was a little kid. In school I always was trying to do the most push ups and run the fastest, like any typical boy. The summer going into 6th grade was when I first started "lifting". I had a couple personal training sessions at the YMCA and I loved it. Before around February of 06 I just kind of lifted when I could and was never on much of a schedule. Since then I have become much more dedicated and have learned a lot about exercise and nutrition.
Why I Love It:
I love bodybuilding because it is not a hobby or a sport, it is a lifestyle if you are really dedicated to it. I love pushing myself and throwing another couple pounds on the bar and seeing the results. I give up a lot of things to bodybuilding but I love it and I don't know what I would be doing without it. I will be doing it when I am 90 years old in a wheelchair.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated because I am nowhere near satisfied with where I am right now. I want to get bigger and stronger and I am willing to push myself as hard as I can physically and mentally everyday to do so.
