How I Started:
I used to work out alot back in 2002 and I got into kick boxing and MMA (UFC). I got to 15% body fat and 125lbs. I liked the way I felt and I liked the work out of MMA. I ended up moving away and had a bit of a hard time and got cut down for being so fit and bulky-I am not that kind of girl that just gets a flat belly-i have insane definition and to some its not sexy so I got out of it. I have now come to the point where i know I loved the way i looked and flet so i am going back to the gym.
Why I Love It:
The high i get after i work out is great and being able to walk around in a bikinie with confidance is great.
How I Stay Motivated:
know that working out gives me more stamina to keep going all night.
BB Accomplishments:
2002-15% body fat-hope to reach that again.

well 1 out of 3 goals-i fit in my size 7 jeans-working on size 5 now. nut i still cant lift my weight and im not as toned as i would like to be at this point-getting there though-i do have alot of stamina now!
