you look ripped, your my goal hah, same hieght and build it looks like you are trying to get to 180, but have it all muscle, 178 right now but have 13 ish bf. ****in ripped, want to get those 16 inch bi's then cut for the huge arms, but nice six pack GJ
how is it going man? how is the progress. I am doing well 5 days weights (2 days split , with killer abs and chest routines) and 5 days cardio 8 % here we come , look at my thread for details and new pics coming soon
Hey, yeah I will post progress pics soon. I post them every 20lbs I gain, first 20lbs where great (noob gains) the next 20lbs sucked, I'm going to cut from 140 to 130 or so.
