alright i guess. nahhh i've been good, me and my parents are getting along (for the first time since forever.) and i met this guyyyy and i'm a sucker for him, and it sucks. but still. hahahah damn. anyways... the bad part is... i have... a slight eating disorder. and my parents want to move to texas. && i dont.

hey, thanx man. I actually do go on the treadmill before I lift for about... 10-13 min sometimes 15. (I have one day that I just go on the treadmill) I walk first for about the first 5-7 min and then I run the rest of the way.

thats not what i mean, when you bulk, you gain a bunch of muscle and fat, but when you go to diet, you end up losing your fat and the muscle you just gained, and i noticed that if your muscle isnt to mature, it leaves as well!

oh alright, i wouldn't bulk before competing if i we're you, you end up trying to lose the fat, and you lose the muscle at the same time, so your bulking phase was pointless. i try and gain the muscle slowly.
