Well technically I started in the 9th grade for football, but some of my friends got me hooked on working out.
Why I Love It:
I love seeing results, and the gym atmosphere is great, plus it will get me inshape for West Point and ROTC

I've changed my physique like crazy but when you lead the lifestyle that most of us lead, you're never done.
My main goal is about 7% body fat with 16.5 inch arms. I think I would be content but I won't know till then!
