How I Started:
I wasnt in great shape in high school or my youth. I had a self image problem and I wasn't happy. Once I moved to North Carolina I decided to change myself. Currently in the best shape of my life and making people jealous.
Why I Love It:
The pain makes me feel alive. The changes prove the pain was worth it. The compliments I get about how far I've come. The looks you get from other people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes from day to day. Each picture reveals new lines and definition. The postive comments I have received both on this website and from people in my life.
How important do any of you believe sleep is? Not only to recovering your body but also your mind? You can only go so long without sleep before your brain starts to miss fire and you become less then efficient. I just slept two days back to back of 12 hrs of good sleep. I feel great again...
Hahaha :) Well I don't know about that last part, but thank you :) It feels really good to have reached my goal...nice way to end the year too! How's everything been going for you Matthew? Why no gym time?
you take it right before bed (like 30-45 min)and it really helps you rest and sleep deep. It also helps with repair of muscle tissue. I like it so far.
thats really unfortunate, but congratulations on the house! Now its time to get that motivation back; after all, when stress is tough, whats better than venting it out with sweat and adrenaline?
Trainings going great! It's my last week on the 12 week program I started and then I want do the Team Poynter program. I like goals since they help me get into the gym. So why no gym for a month? I get burned out to but try to only keep it to a week or two.
