How I Started:
I wasnt in great shape in high school or my youth. I had a self image problem and I wasn't happy. Once I moved to North Carolina I decided to change myself. Currently in the best shape of my life and making people jealous.
Why I Love It:
The pain makes me feel alive. The changes prove the pain was worth it. The compliments I get about how far I've come. The looks you get from other people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes from day to day. Each picture reveals new lines and definition. The postive comments I have received both on this website and from people in my life.

How important do any of you believe sleep is? Not only to recovering your body but also your mind? You can only go so long without sleep before your brain starts to miss fire and you become less then efficient. I just slept two days back to back of 12 hrs of good sleep. I feel great again...
actually no....yesterday i just turned it on to see if it would work and magically it works! i think it just needed to dry out for a few days or something
It's a relief and hinderance. I wasnt happy with him, but I have 3 kids that have to go thru this too. That is rough. Weekend good. Getting back on track now.
Well I'm pretty hard on myself, so a lot of things are non-negotiable to me. I'm a difficult person to get along with in that sense...I do what I want and usually don't listen to anyone else, because more often than not, they don't have my best interests in mind. But don't worry...you don't have to live with me so you're okay LOL
Yeah I have a bunch of new ones actually but haven't even uploaded them to the computer yet. When I get around to it I'll upload some. I better get off of here need to do some last minute Christmas shopping. Have a good rest of the day!

Yep same guy =) I have been a busy girl here lately. I have totally neglected my party life so I might have to catch up on that over the break lol. Hey if I do end up going to Duke to work, its only a 2 hour ride to Charlotte.
Yeah, up just to eat :) I can't combine meals...I need to eat every 2.5 hours from 6am until 9pm...it's all part of the plan LOL I'm not "dieting" anymore...I'm up to 1900 calories per day which has me maintaining my weight. It's not hard to stick to cuz in my mind it's non-negotiable!
Congratulations on the house that's awesome!! =) I totally understand dating problems I've had my share of them in the past. As far as training goes I have been really really slack but my diets been good. The semester was pretty hard but somehow, I managed to get all A's so I'm pretty happy with myself. Just a few more years left I'm either going to stay in baltimore or move to NC and work at duke =)

I usually workout in the mornings, but I have to do evenings through the end of the month cuz my gym has different hours this time of year...but I still have to get up early so I can eat my first meal LOL
