How I Started:
I wasnt in great shape in high school or my youth. I had a self image problem and I wasn't happy. Once I moved to North Carolina I decided to change myself. Currently in the best shape of my life and making people jealous.
Why I Love It:
The pain makes me feel alive. The changes prove the pain was worth it. The compliments I get about how far I've come. The looks you get from other people.
How I Stay Motivated:
Seeing the changes from day to day. Each picture reveals new lines and definition. The postive comments I have received both on this website and from people in my life.
I just finished my 2 week vacation out of the gym. Time to push really hard for the next two weeks until my next vacation. I did chest and abs today. Weight wise I didn't drop but I did drop reps by 15 on chest. Abs stayed the same luckily. Tomorrow is back and triceps. Going to try and get back...
Hey there. How is your back feeling? I did mine yesterday, I am feeling pretty good. I can do 16 pullups without weight assist or stopping now, so I am proud! Whatcha working today?
Hey how is everything going? Things are going pretty well here. Training is going great, using a new supplement stack that seems to be very effective. My biggest problem is not sleeping. I think my gains would be much better if I good get more than 4-5 hrs a day. Oh well, life is busy and 24 hrs in a day just isn't enough, LOL!
Hey you found my shirt?!?! So um when were you going to tell me!! :D Thanks so much for the comment! I am starting to feel different.. my body feels leaner and hopefully it will continue to lean on down. School is well school. The summer semester is always jammed packed since it is shorter so it is fast moving. Work is great, staying busy! hope to get to the lake this weekend. Any plans for the 4th?

Enjoy your breaks! You need those too! I had a little setback in the gym on Thursday, and haven't been able to get back in there. Today is the first day it feels better. Up until then, it was great

I have no idea what happened to my account I logged back in the other day and everything was deleted. =/ Oh well I guess I'll put back up some pictures, and some new. As far as JHU I have yet to decide if I'm going there. I'm doing a shoot on Tuesday so I'm pretty excited :)
