Hey thanks for the observation. I'm scratching my head right now about this "Operation Abs". It's a slooow process, to say the least. So you're interested in gaining muscle without fat, huh? I'm experienced. In 12 weeks I went from 106 ~16% bodyfat to 125 ~13.6% bodyfat. Hit me up with any questions you may have!
