"The pump", it's all about "the pump" and the pain, the pain is good to, and then the muscle, it's really about the muscle

looking at pics of myself when i was 145 pounds and smoking a pack a day, and eating choclate bars and pop for breackfast

How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
I always change it up, but don't normally go above 8 reps. Right now I'm just working on increasing my strength and muscle hypertrophy.

Any where from 1 to 3 min, all depends if I'm going strength or just exhaustion.
