How many reps per set do you usually do? Why?
4-6 Because I like to use high volume low reps

Review: I was having trouble getting 6000 calories a day on regular food so this in my shake...

give shoulders their own day. Use heavy presses and explosive upright rows.. I've always done shoulders first.
