Ta! I'll tell this one later. But at this point in time I'm coming back better than ever: My diet is different- I'm VEGAN now, my mindset is purer, I'm experienced, and I have a specific date I'm working toward with another person- and that really motivates me!
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of being comfortable in my own skin. I like the feeling of sitting down and not worrying about fat hanging over my jeans, etc. Also, working out makes me make better choices. For example, it makes me not want to drink alcohol as often- it's inspired me to stop smoking, I choose to walk instead of drive when it's an available option, and things like that. I also like to inspire others to workout just by my example and not by me forcing it onto others.
How I Stay Motivated:
I use visualization: I save pix of hot girls on my computer and look at them periodically. I print some out too and put them in my personal notebook where I keep motivational quotes, tips, etc.
