How I Started:
I started lifting weights in High school for sports. Once I joined the army it just kind of stayed with me. I starting reading muscle mags, and doing alot of research on the net and got hooked!
Why I Love It:
The feeling in the gym during and after a good workout. No matter how my day has been everything is all good the moment I step in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror first of all, I love to see results. And not to sound self centered, but I love when I get questioned about my workout plans, it lets me know I am doing something right.

lol-hmmm my calves..honestly, gentics. i barely do anything specific for them, my calves are small in comparision to my mom's! lol! i have her legs!! i wish my quads were cut like my dads though! how are you doing?

Hey, I have your yahoo email and I have about one whole pic of you with my camera...the you and I took together, and then a backstage shot with everyone "paming" up...and you are in it..LOL. I will send you those. My PAO will be giving me all the pic's, so hopefully het got some good ones. I will surely pass them along. I can see you doin it big in Hawaii! I'm gonna work on adding more too...everywhere. Your legs should come in good by the time the Armed Forces one comes in April!

Look at that back of yours!! Awesome! You'll do great even though there isn't going to be hard body. You and 2 other people have a very hard time adding mass to your legs, but the key is to look proportioned and symmetrical. You look great...really! You'll place for sure. Only about 6 more weeks.
