I started lifting weights in High school for sports. Once I joined the army it just kind of stayed with me. I starting reading muscle mags, and doing alot of research on the net and got hooked!
Why I Love It:
The feeling in the gym during and after a good workout. No matter how my day has been everything is all good the moment I step in the gym.
How I Stay Motivated:
The mirror first of all, I love to see results. And not to sound self centered, but I love when I get questioned about my workout plans, it lets me know I am doing something right.
yo whuts da deal Fam, yeah I was on r/r but I'm up in kuwait headed back to afghan Land. son yo u got mad definition. Time for me to kill these last 6-8 months
Nice. I just go to the gym earlier in the morning. I'll just do everything in one workout rather than split it into two like I usually would. The new shift is nice and quiet. Have a good time on R&R.
Hey you...thanks, you are looking very good also! Does it look like I am training too hard or heavy? I'm doing 3 Sets /12-15 reps and it's crazy how strong I have gotten since I really started with the weights again. But I will never want to look all 'bulky'...lol. I still run, just not as much b/c I can't lose too much more bodyfat, u know? I am good at taking constructive critisim..lol!
