aww, it would really benefit him to workout with you because u could both motivate eachother and really reach ur potentials, i think u should convince ur son to workout with you - it would not only create an amazing bond but also give u lots to talk about and somebody u know an trust to help eachother, sounds a good idea - if i lived near you, id workout with ya!

thanks alot man, means alot. I'm just trying to take it steo by step right now tho, not look at mr.O just yet haha. For your son, i'd suggest u buy him a gym membership for his birthday or special occassion to get him started. Even buy a home free weight bench to build confidience before hitting the gym.
