You are looking great Michelle! You'll have fun. I was a little nervous too when I did my first show. Just let that great personally of yours shine through. I'm going to try to hit the LA fitness on 1st this weekend to hopefully catch you and get a up close look!

LA fitness isn't too bad. They have 3 in town. So depends on which part of town you move too. The central one that I go to has alot of college kids working out there in the afternoon early evenings. Its usually pretty empty in the early mornings.

I'm doing great. Ya I should of went in there at 5am this morning but my workout partner couldn't workout this morning. Its too busy in the evenings. I'm waiting it out and going at 8pm...
