It has come to a time in my life where it is time to make some changes and some healthy ones! I never liked working out in the past but working with trainers to keep me on track and being excited about my future goals I love it now!

One thing that definately keeps me motivated is seeing all the fit women that are already competing! That is good motivation!

What is the one tip you would give somebody who is just getting started?
get a trainer that can help you to meet your specific goals, without one I would not have pushed myself as hard therefor I would not have made the accomplishments that I have so far.

I have a trainer 3 times a week, he keeps me on track and pushing me to the next level!
