Summer is going good. Looking forward to Fall as that is my favorite time of year. I have been doing a lot of running outdoors and less strength training. Once September comes will change it up again.

Although 6 years have pass between these two pictures; its funny to see that the only thing that has changed is my weight. I still love, BIG Hair, Lots of Make Up and Pencil Skirts!!!

Most people save their skinny clothes with hopes to one day fit in to them but who saves their fat clothes? I did! I used to wear these size 22 jeans on casual Fridays in the office . . . I only owned the one pair and would always try to plan my vacation days for a Friday just so I could avoid the whole situation. I thought I looked better in black pants and lived for Monday - Thursday when I could wear all the black I wanted. I hated Fridays just for that one reason. It's interesting to look back at the psychological impact being that heavy had on my life. Now, I'm wearing a size 4 jean skirt and live for Fridays when I can wear my skinny jeans and girly skirts. Today I can't even tell you how many pairs I own. Too many to count that is for sure!

Just got back from upstate NY where we had our family reunion. It was nice to see everybody. I brought my weights and P90X and got in a workout every day. No excuses!
