Blade96 as your doing sl 5x5 i would like to ask you how much weight are you increasing on bench and shoulder press? just looking at it now it looks like the routine over trains the shoulders as BB rows 5x5 and bench 5x5 hit them hard then you have press 5x5 in 2 days later? Oct 14, 2011 9:40am
