This was from the Summer of '05. I had lost 40 lbs and people were noticing that I was losing weight. Looking back, I realize that I still had a lot to do. And I still do...
I want to have a really nice body that so I can be walk proud wherever I go. Overall, I'll like a muscular physique: Large chest, trim stomach, big arms. I want big, but toned (i.e. not bulky). I'm currently 205 coming from almost 260 two and a half years ago. Being in the military, I'm pretty athletic and can do a good amount of exercise, but I want the body to prove it.
Today we had a weigh-in instead of doing PT. Since I'm trying to gain weight I knew that I would have to get taped, and I'm still in regs, but I think it's time to go into a cut. My original goal was to get up to 220, but that may be too much to gain at once.
This month's plan groups bodyparts together. I got the routine from the second portion of Muscle & Fitness...It's called the freshman 15. I modified it myself. The routine should be available online.
On this program I'm really going to focus on form...especially for...
Thanks brother!!! I'm working towards getting 300's like yourself! I got a 193 this morning w/o doing the push-up event.... if my shoulder wasn't fubar'd I would have gotten a 293 >_<... Still recovering... Need this damn thing to start working again!! Thanks for the support again 'battle!
The doctor wants me to go 2 weeks no upperbody training. I'm doing a check-up this tuesday though with him. It feels sooo much better. I am definately healing fast. The first couple days I was in constant pain in pretty much anything that involved my left arm.... even sleeping was painful, had to be either on my back or right side. I hope I don't have to wait the full 2 weeks, but maybe its for the best. If thats the case.... 10 days to go.
