Gain more muscle while staying as lean as possible.
Goal (Long):
I want to gain 10-15 pounds of muscle and tighten up the abs more. Still need to work on my right shoulder which is lagging due to rotator cuff injury (stronger but not as big as my left shoulder) to achieve better symmetry.
Trying to be the Young Voice of it all, comming straight out of Iowa possibly stepping on stage at the end of the year at the Worlds Natural BB show in NYC!!!

hey thanks man... ok this week i did deadlifts, bent-over rows, weighted pullups, t-bar, seated rows, and then a light pull-down close-grip. you have to leave a couple exercises out so you can switch with a couple that you did to constantly keep your body guessing
Thanks man! Yeah, I have competed in 3 bodybuilding shows in the past. They are listed on my page. I am actually getting ready to compete again in November.
