What is your cardio exercise plan?
On days I workout I do it first thing in the morning on an empty stomach. On days I don't workout I will do it in the evenings.

I did pretty crappy... The judging was worthless:)Haha! Honestly though it was a horribly run show, started 2 hours late, no expeditors, NO PUMP ROOM, and the MC/promoter was a joke...other than that I had a blast!

No I seriously considered it, I just did the Musclemania New York show that's why I'm in good condition. I am traveling again this weekend and I have family coming out for Thanksgiving so I just didn't want to try and fit it all in. I realized what traveling can do to the body. I held rediculous water when flying to NY and I paid for it in prejudging. What about you?

Haha my profile has me at 10% right now ;) ... Look closer I was about 4.5% ish for the stage. That was using a 7 point measure and sub mm calipers. How about you?

Thanks for adding me and the response in my blog. Right now, I'm a bit on mental overload from reading so many diet articles. Trying to keep what you wrote in mind though. The accountability factor scares me. I have people saying "It's not the outside that matters" to "We'll support you no matter what you do." Not very willing to make me accountable.
