lift weights before but now bodybuild. I have the best trainer. In 1.5 year i have gained a solid 26 pounds of solid muscle. Life is great.

Fat % to high
Posted in Training : Sep 20, 2011 11:44pmTrainer said bodyfat to high at 4 weeks out 7.9% 165lbs . So my life as of now is::
First is When i wake i own the gym in the local town (lucky i live there 2 up stairs)
So i Start work there when some needs help
9:00-10:00am Cardio
10:00am Eat
1:00-2:00pm Train body parts
2:00-2:45pm Cardio
3:00pm Drink Protein
4:30pm Start My job At Casket Yes my other fulltime job 30mins away
6:00-6:10pm Break (So i eat fast)
7:30-7:40pm jello :-(

Posted in Supplements : May 30, 2011 12:46pmI own the gym TheSource Fitness Center so when i work out people come and go so i have to help people sometimes so work out can take forever but benched 340 today good for this year so far but when i keep up this diet it will go away for now. so i am happy for what i did chest shoulders followed up tonight with tri super set with shrugs. and calf super set with abs
