I got started into lifting weights when I was a junior in high school. My reason at that time for lifting weights was to gain weight because I was so skinny in high-school. I also got involved in lifting weights because I was an athlete in high school and college. Lifting weights allowed me to be a better athlete in college which was essential for me because I was a sprinter. I was a top sprinter at Cal State Fullerton. I graduated from CSUF as the fastest man in school history. I was the school record holder in the 100 and 200 meters and 4*100 relay.
Why I Love It:
I love working out because it makes me feel good being fit and healthy. I love the way my body feels after leaving the gym. There is nothing like it in the world to leave the gym and feel like you had the greatest workout.
How I Stay Motivated:
I need no motivation. Working out is hygiene for me. It is like brushing your teeth and taking a shower. It has to be done.
BB Accomplishments:
I've never competed in bodybuilding. I am not a bodybuilder. I am a fitness model.
To be one of the top fitness Fitness Models in industry today.
Goal (Long):
My goal is to stay consistent physically and my fitness model goals is to establish myself as one of the top fitness models in the country and as the #1 African-American fitness model. I also would like to create more fitness cover opportunities for African-Americans by the success that I attain. Let's keep this fitness thing diverse..yes sir.

I hope this doesnt sound arrogant or cocky but there isn't any. I believe that most celebrites besides the really fit ones would generally try to have a fit lean/ripped body like myself as opposed to me trying to look like them. Fitness models and sprinters have the best bodies that most people are attracted to. Most celebrities generally have to diet down and work out all the time to look like a fitness model physically speaking. The celebrities that I give props to that are males that are in great shape are LL cool J, Shemar Moore, Mark Wahlberg, ,etc.I hope this doesnt sound arrogant or cocky but there isn't any.
