How I Started:
My father introduced me to weight lifting when I was 13 years old. My father was old school in a sense that he just lifted, no nutrition sense or concentration on specific bodyparts.It worked perfectly for him. He stayed a lean 190 for years where as the older I got I gained more and more weight following his habits. I have been lifting on an off for 10 years. I became a father when I turned 21 and my shape bagan to decline from there. My job of 7 years was in front of a PC for 8 hours a day, and when I went home I would watch countless hours of television or play endless video games. Before I could realize it, I went from 240 to 405lbs by the time I was 27.
With 30 just around the corner, I refuse to enter my 30's as a 300lb bohemoth.

I keep a picture of myself at 405 next to my bed, and look at it in disgust every day.
BB Accomplishments:
So far losing the 45lbs, but I plan to fill this section with great great things.

Where in the world are the Sand Dunes.. sooooo many years I still cant find them... People always give me bad directions.. so I quit looking etc.. and just gave up...
I know I had the membership since 96.. My buddy is the MGR at the LAX location.. he put on payment on HOLD for 3 Months.. so I am working out for FREE for the next 3 months..
I been to the 24hr off the 405. I did not like it.. I just stick to the 24hr at LAX in the office Bld no crowds..I am there at 6pm. but now or office is Moving to Downtown LA, I used to teach aerobics for 24hr.. I kept my memebership $15
Hey thanks.. getting back in shape is pure hell.. I used to be a Trainer / Aerobics Inst I really do the 60 mins 7x.. it Helps with the DVD on the machine.. I used to Workout at your Location after work.. it got crowed. so Now at 24hr Fit at LAX (NOT HAWTHRONE tooo GHETTO)
