I started my sports career as a soccer player, after a couple of years a friend of mine (Alexander) and I quit in order to start doing sprints. Weightlifting was a part of the sprint program and Alexander and I got hooked. I've been addictied ever since, though I've had a couple of breaks and downfall. Though I've never been as strong as I am now.
Why I Love It:
Getting stronger and growing give me motivation, it keeps me healthy and I simply love it. My training is based on getting stronger, but gaining a few pounds of muscle mass just gives me even more motivation. I try to eat all my meals daily and I always do my best at training.
How I Stay Motivated:
When I get results, staying motivated isn't hard at all. During the months and years I've been training I've had OK results, though I've been on a few diets which didn't go to well. They went rather bad and I quit training for five months!
