I started working out when i was in 8th grade however i didn't stick with it. I had very poor body image in highschool and still due to some extent now, however once in highschool however i took a weight training course and although the teacher was a complete idiot I motivated myself to keep up with it.
Why I Love It:
I love the feeling of accomplishment when i make gains in strength/image. I love doing what people say I am uncapable of.
How I Stay Motivated:
I stay motivated by striving to get build more muscle with each workout, each set, each rep. I strive to be the best I can.
BB Accomplishments:
When i started working out i was 165 lbs probably around 25% bodyfat. Now i am down to a health 127. I do not know my bodyfat %.

MAX OT
Exercise progarm consisting of 4-6 reps per a set and no more than 9 sets per major muscle group. Work each muscle once per a week. AST website has a more detailed description of this workout. You can find it by typing in Max Ot on google.com
