always liked it in school while other ppl were cheatin in weight training classes i was doing as much as i could..started goin to the gym and got into it and learned more about it now im addicted i feel like my whole day is worthless without the gym!!
Why I Love It:
love to see my body take change and grow, and knowing one day im gonna be one big mother ****er!!
How I Stay Motivated:
just knowing that how i am now isnt good enough and it could be better..theres always more weight to be lifted no matter how high you go or perfect you think you are there is always something that can be better..

benched 320 and squated 455 before i graduated in '06
