Tired of ridding the bench because i was the little bitch on my team. Decided i was going to come back next season and surprise everyone by showing how ripped and strong I am. Also to get a nice vert to dunk ;)
Why I Love It:
Its for a healthier whole and it really just passes the time when im bored. Thinking of the gains i will make, makes me happy

Goal (Long):
Well originally i wanted to just to plyometrics to increase vert and explosiveness but i read i had to have a strong body first and be able to squat 1.5x my bodyweight. So i thought might as well just work out my whole body while im at it. Currently squatting 105 right now but 140 is my 1RM though. Want to be able to atleast touch the rim by late September early October.
What mistakes did you make when you first started working out?
None yet? I started working out just a few weeks ago. I heard the myth that weight lifting will stunt your growth so i read up and did my research carefully.
