bad form during lifting, too many weight for the guys

rotator cuff. after that I begin to warmup with some rotator cuff injury before presses and delts workout

Salut,JM,Michel,je viens de recevoir ton commentaires.Le reportage était pas sur des soldats américains mais bien sur 3 jeunes Afghans qui font du culturistes.De la misere pour en venir a avoir un corps de reve.Vas voir sur ton private Message,je t`est envoyé quelques choses.
